Plans3 questions
Can I change plan later?
Upwards, at any time: the fee is adjusted and the missing pieces are added without rebuilding the site. Downwards, at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Why do some plans have a minimum term and others do not?
Ignition is an informational site and goes up quickly, so you can leave whenever you want. Turbo is six months and Nitro twelve, because they involve custom development — databases, calculations, bookings — and that work does not pay for itself in two months. Rocket is twenty-four, because a shop with a catalogue, payments, stock and orders is rather more than fits in a year. In every case we tell you before we start, rather than burying it in the small print.
Do you do design only, without the monthly fee?
No. The fee is the model: it covers the design, but also the server and the maintenance. That is precisely what removes the upfront cost.
Pricing5 questions
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT by default, because your business reclaims it and that is the figure you compare on. The plans page has a toggle to see them with the 21% added, which is what we will actually bill. VAT is also the only thing that can move your bill over time: if the rate changes by law, it changes; our rate does not.
What does the setup fee cover?
Configuring the server, setting up the domain and the first publication of the site. It is €49 plus VAT, and it is waived in full for every signup until 30 September 2027.
How does yearly payment work?
You pay twelve months at once with 10% off. On the Nitro plan, for example, that is €701.89 instead of the €779.88 twelve monthly payments would add up to — both excluding VAT.
Can my fee go up?
Not yours, no. The fee you sign up at is fixed for as long as you keep the subscription — no annual reviews, no inflation adjustments. If rates are ever updated, the new one applies only to signups after that change. The only things that can move your bill are switching plan or asking us to manage your domain.
What happens if I stop paying?
We email you. If it is not sorted within 15 days, the site stops being published. We keep everything for the following 30 days in case you want to pick up where you left off.
Domain1 question
Is the domain included?
No, and that is deliberate: the domain is yours, in your name, and you pay for it. If you already have one, we use it and handle pointing it at the new site without your email going down in the process. If you do not, we tell you exactly what to buy and where, and configure it at no cost. And if you would rather not deal with it, we register and renew it for €1.99 a month plus VAT added to your fee — still in your name.
How we work7 questions
How long until my site is live?
It depends on the plan and on how quickly we get photos and copy together. An Ignition site is usually live two to three weeks after we have the material. Plans with bookings or calculations take longer because there is custom development; we give you a date before we start.
Do I need photos and copy ready?
No. Good photos help; if you do not have them, we tell you how to shoot decent ones on your phone. We can write the copy and you approve it before anything goes live.
What do you need to get started?
Knowing what you do, who you sell it to and what you want the site to achieve. That is enough for us to suggest a plan and a timeline.
What if I want to change something?
You email us. Every month you get a set number of changes — your plan’s, listed in the comparison table — and each one covers up to five individual edits. Anything you do not use rolls over up to your plan’s ceiling, so you can save them up for a bigger overhaul.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Nothing to install, no panel to log into, nothing to remember to renew. If your plan includes a content panel we show you how to use it; if you would rather not, just ask us and we make the change.
Do you work with businesses anywhere?
Yes. The whole process is remote: email and, if it helps, a video call. We do not need to be in your city to build or maintain your site.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day. If you write on a Friday afternoon, expect an answer on Monday morning.
Ownership2 questions
Do I own the website?
Not the skeleton; everything inside it, yes. The skeleton is the code the site is built with — the programming, the structure, how it works underneath — and that belongs to Nitro Scaler, including after you cancel: it is what lets you start without paying for development upfront. Everything else is yours and you can take it with you: the text, the photographs, the logo, your brand and any data the site has generated (bookings, customers, catalogue, content). We export it in standard formats so you can set it up wherever you like. It is all spelled out in the terms of service.
What if one day I want to take the website with me?
Two separate things: the skeleton and what goes inside it. The skeleton is the code the site is built with — the programming, the structure, how it works underneath — and that belongs to Nitro Scaler and stays with us, including after you cancel. It is never assigned or sold, and it is precisely what lets you start without paying for development upfront. What goes inside is entirely yours and you can take all of it: text, photographs, logo, your brand and any data the site has generated, whether that is bookings, customer records, catalogue or content. We export it in standard, widely used formats — what you need to set it up with another provider. The two handovers that involve real work are contracted separately: the domain name into your ownership is €50 plus VAT, provided it is under our management, and a full export of the databases is €129 plus VAT, on plans that have them. Beyond whatever minimum term you contracted, there is no penalty for leaving.

1. Data controller
The controller is the owner of this website, whose identifying details appear in the legal notice. Contact address for data protection matters: info@nitroscaler.com.
2. What data we process and where it comes from
We only process data you give us voluntarily through the contact form or by writing to us by email.
- Name or business name.
- Email address.
- The subject and body of your message, including anything you choose to put in it.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
The data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare and send you a service proposal.
The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (article 6.1.b GDPR) and, where the enquiry does not lead to a contract, the consent given when submitting the form (article 6.1.a).
There is no profiling and no automated decision-making. We do not use your data to send you marketing you did not ask for.
4. How long we keep it
Messages that do not lead to a contract are kept for a maximum of twelve months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
If a contract is signed, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we make no international transfers outside the European Economic Area.
Emails are sent and stored through our email provider and our own server, both located in the European Union, acting as processors under the contracts required by article 28 GDPR.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to info@nitroscaler.com and stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. The contact form posts to our own service, which fixes the recipient on the server — never in the browser — so it cannot be used to send mail to third parties.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent loss, misuse, alteration and unauthorised access to the data.
8. Minors
This site is aimed at adults running an economic activity. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
Terms of service
Terms for the Nitro Scaler website design, publishing and maintenance service. This English version is a courtesy translation; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the contracting of the website design, development, publishing and maintenance service that Nitro Scaler provides through a recurring subscription.
The service is aimed primarily at professionals and businesses acting within their economic activity. Where the customer legally qualifies as a consumer, the rights granted by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 also apply.
2. Plans and prices
The available plans, their contents and their prices are those published on the pricing page of this site at the time of contracting. Prices are stated in euros and EXCLUDE VAT unless otherwise indicated; Value Added Tax at the rate in force on the date of each invoice will be added to the amount.
The contracted fee is fixed for the entire term of the subscription. Nitro Scaler will not apply periodic reviews, price-index adjustments or rate increases of any kind to the customer. Any rate changes Nitro Scaler may publish take effect only for contracts entered into after their publication.
The setup fee covers configuring the server, setting up the domain and the first publication. It is €49 plus VAT and is waived in full for every signup completed before 30 September 2027.
The domain name is not included in the fee. The customer may register and pay for it directly with their own provider, in which case Nitro Scaler configures it at no cost, or entrust its registration and renewal to Nitro Scaler, in which case €1.99 per month plus VAT is added to the plan fee. Non-standard extensions and domains acquired on the secondary market are quoted separately.
Yearly payment applies a 10% discount on the sum of twelve monthly payments and is paid in advance.
3. What the fee includes
The monthly fee covers, in every plan (the domain name is excluded, in accordance with section 2):
- Managed server hosting and an HTTPS certificate.
- Regular backups and security updates.
- The monthly changes corresponding to the contracted plan, under the terms of section 5.
- Email support with a reply within one working day. Where a matter cannot be resolved in writing, support may be provided by video call, by appointment and during working hours, subject to availability. Video calls complement the written channel and do not constitute a permanent telephone support service.
4. Duration and minimum term
The Ignition plan has no minimum term: it can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the period already paid for.
The Turbo plan carries a minimum term of six months, the Nitro plan twelve and the Rocket plan twenty-four, because they involve custom development whose setup cost is not recovered in the short term. This is always communicated before the contract is signed.
After the minimum period, the subscription renews for equal periods unless either party gives fifteen days’ notice.
5. Included changes
Each month includes the number of changes corresponding to the contracted plan, as published on the pricing page of this site. A change means one request from the customer, and each one covers up to five specific edits to existing content (text, prices, photographs, opening hours and the like).
Unused changes roll over to following months up to that plan’s maximum rollover, also published on the pricing page. Anything accrued above that ceiling is lost.
New functionality, complete redesigns and the creation of additional sections are not included changes and are quoted separately.
6. Ownership of the website and the domain
For the purposes of this section, a distinction is drawn between the technical substrate of the website and its content. The technical substrate — the source code, the programming, the architecture, the implementation and the configuration, what we colloquially call the skeleton of the site — is and shall remain the exclusive property of Nitro Scaler, both during the term of the subscription and after it ends. Contracting the service transfers no ownership right over it and no licence over its code to the customer, and it is under no circumstances assigned, sold or transferred. It is precisely this ownership that makes it possible to provide the service without charging for the initial development.
The content belongs to the customer. Materials supplied by them (text, photographs, logos and trade marks) and data generated through the website in the course of their activity (bookings, customer records, catalogue, posts and the like) are the customer’s property at all times, and the customer grants Nitro Scaler a licence to use them limited to providing the service.
The customer is entitled to obtain a complete copy of that content and those data, in standard, widely used formats that allow them to be processed by another provider. This right does not lapse when the contract ends.
When the subscription ends, the site stops being published. At the customer’s request, the following services may be contracted, covering the preparation and delivery work and under no circumstances the technical substrate of the website or its code: transfer of the domain name into their ownership for €50 plus VAT, provided the domain is under Nitro Scaler’s management, and full export and delivery of the databases for €129 plus VAT, on plans that include them.
7. Customer obligations
The customer undertakes to provide the information and materials needed to deliver the service, and warrants that they hold the rights to all content they supply.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information published about their business and for complying with any sector-specific rules that apply to them.
8. Payment and non-payment
The fee is paid in advance at the start of each period.
In the event of non-payment, the customer will be notified by email. If the situation is not resolved within fifteen calendar days, publication of the website will be suspended. Data and content will be kept for the following thirty days so the service can be reactivated.
9. Service availability
Nitro Scaler will use reasonable means to keep the website continuously accessible, which does not amount to a guarantee of absolute availability.
No liability is accepted for interruptions caused by force majeure, by infrastructure provider failures, or by the customer’s own actions on the service.
10. Right of withdrawal
Where the customer legally qualifies as a consumer, they have fourteen calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
If the customer expressly asks for the service to begin within that period, they must pay the proportional part of what has already been provided at the time of withdrawal, under article 108.3 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
11. Changes to these terms
Nitro Scaler may modify these terms with thirty days’ notice. If the customer does not accept the new terms, they may terminate the subscription without penalty before they take effect.
This does not extend to the price: under section 2, the contracted fee remains unchanged for as long as the subscription runs, and new rates apply only to later contracts. The sole exception is a change in the applicable tax rate, which is imposed by law and outside the control of either party.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts determined under the applicable rules, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that legally corresponds to the customer where they qualify as a consumer.
